As Partner Manager, you establish and nurture relationships with solution, integration and reselling partners. The first face-to-face conversation (in the office or in video call) should take place in a pleasant and uncomplicated atmosphere. Your interviewers are mainly interested in your personality, experiences, expertise and goals. At the same time you will be given a deeper insight into the company and the position. After the interview this will be discussed and evaluated internally.
If the first interview has been mutually positive, 1-2 further appointments are usually made. These are used for in-depth discussions and / or a trial day. In addition, there is time and space to clarify further open points and questions.
