Als Customer Support Specialist bist du die Visitenkarte unseres Unternehmens. Mit deiner Kommunikationsfähigkeit und deinem Technologieverständnis hilfst du unseren Geschäftskunden und unterstützt die Bearbeitung von Störungen aus dem Endkunden 1st Level Support. Deine hands-on Mentalität hilft dir auch in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf zu wahren.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Entgegennahme von technischen Kundenanfragen für Swiss ID Anwender per Telefon, Ticketing System oder Mail
  • Rasche Beantwortung bzw. Bearbeitung sowie vollständige und korrekte Dokumentation der Kundenanfragen in FRANZÖSISCH und in DEUTSCH
  • Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets im Störungssystem
  • Anfragen, welche nicht direkt gelöst werden, an die entsprechenden Abteilungen weiterleiten
  • Bereitschaft für flexible Arbeitszeiten

Was du mitbringst

  • Du hast deiner Erstausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Kundendienst/Support mit und hast eine hohe IT-Affinität
  • Gute Umgangsformen und Freundlichkeit zeichnen dich aus
  • Du bist flexibel und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Du hast eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und analytische Denkweise
  • Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und behältst auch in Stress-Situationen die Ruhe
  • Die Aufgabe erfordert ZWINGEND fliessende Französisch- sowie solide Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wie Italienisch und Englisch sind wünschenswert

Introduction to the hiring manager

Depending on your interest and the job match, we will discuss your application and the information from our telephone conversation with the department head / team leader. He or she will be your hiring manager during the application process and in case of employment.

First interview

The first face-to-face conversation (in the office or in video call) should take place in a pleasant and uncomplicated atmosphere. Your interviewers are mainly interested in your personality, experiences, expertise and goals. At the same time you will be given a deeper insight into the company and the position. After the interview this will be discussed and evaluated internally.

Further interviews

If the first interview has been mutually positive, 1-2 further appointments are usually made. These are used for in-depth discussions and / or a trial day. In addition, there is time and space to clarify further open points and questions.

Offer and contract

If the further discussions have also been positive and you are still interested, a written offer will be sent to you as PDF by e-mail. This will give you the opportunity to review the contract and other documents at your leisure. If you have any questions about the contract documents or the work, you can always get in touch with your contact person.

You accept the offer

As soon as all your questions have been clarified and you would like to accept our offer, we would be happy to receive your feedback via e-mail or phone. After you accept the offer, we will send you the signed contract documents by mail.
