SwissSign is a subsidiary of Swiss Post and offers identity services under the SwissID brand and certificate services under the SwissSign brand. SwissID is Switzerland's digital identity, which enables simple and secure access to the online world. Your new challenge

As a product manager for digital signature services, you are the subject matter expert for eIDAS and ideally other regulations. In this challenging position, you will take over the product management tasks in the eIDAS implementation project and will communicate with our internal and external stakeholders. With your technical expertise, you will be responsible for the market launch and the continuous development of our services in the area of signatures.

An overview of your tasks:

  • Definition and implementation of the product strategy in your area of responsibility and the related product/features roadmap
  • Analysis of regulatory requirements / standards and derivation of the relevance and implications for the product
  • Definition of the business requirements (product, compliance, commercial and operational) for the signature product for eIDAS as a prerequisite for certification
  • Close coordination with the product owner, DevOps and compliance team as well as other internal stakeholders as part of the development and go-to-market process
  • Implementation of the marketing mix and preparation of the corresponding go-to-market activities (product description, input for sales documentation and training)
  • Subject matter expert at RFPs and customer workshops, as well as within the certification process

What you bring along

  • You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience as a product manager, ideally in a regulated environment.
  • You are familiar with the eIDAS regulation and are willing to keep yourself up to date.
  • You have already gained experience as a sub-project manager and ideally know the Trust Service Provider environment.
  • You are used to act as an internal contact person, to communicate your message well and to explain your specifications in a target group oriented way.
  • You are a go-getter and represent your area of expertise with verve, and enjoy working in a team with people from different areas of expertise.
  • You communicate fluently in English. German is a plus.
